I had high hopes for this beast. But it is on its way back to amazon. I have 2 other cams, moultrie m80 and a stealth cam g42ng. I tested this cam and the stealth cam in every scenario they have. The results, day time pics where just as good as g42, but g42 day time pics are not that great. My old m80 has just as good pics. Videos during day where grainy. Night time anything with this cam was terrible, most unrecognizable and at 720 forget it. I had really high hopes that this camera would help me protect my chickens by showing what animals are prowling in the wee hours. Unfortunately after the second time I used it I plugged the camera into my Windows computer with the provided USB mini cord. Things started flashing on the front of the camera and then there was nothing. I changed the batteries out but I could never get the camera working again.I paid a good sum of money for the camera and it said it had a 1 year warranty except that it came through Amazon so the warranty was voided to 30 days. I had to wait 60 days to use the camera until my chickens were old enough to put outside. Doesn't seem quite fair.Amazon, Amazon Prime , and Audible have been my go to vendors and products since they were first offered, up to now . But since I have to eat this loss bestguarder and Amazon can kiss our business good-bye. With this company it doesn't matter if you follow directions... it's your loss.

After reading all the reviews, we thought this camera would work for us. Unfortunately, after taking it out of the package, we found the quality of this camera was not what we expected. We have used several different game cameras over the years to what for two and four leggeds. This camera will not hold up for use in the rainy weather and cold. The newer cameras that we bought recently are better quality for the price. The Bestguarder just can't hold a camera to them.

I've had all of the top trail cameras, and Bestguarder is by far the best. Beats Moultrie, Browning, Stealthcam, Bushnell, all of them. It's amazing!

When you buy this camera you are on your own. Documentation for this camera is terrible. Why would anyone go to the effort to design and build something this complex and not bother to provide a comprehensive manual in English? I have struggled with the camera for 3 weeks and I've about had it. If worked great for the first couple of nights, then stopped recording in the dark. I have no idea why. There is no support web site and the language in the manual is so bad it would be comical if it wasn't so frustrating. If you can't figure out how to set it up and troubleshoot it yourself, you are out of luck. There must be a better camera out there. I cannot recommend it strictly because of the poor documentation and lack of factory support.
