Color picture looks better
I just started this, but think the symbols used in the pattern could have been better. They are very similar and I decided to enlarge the pattern to help follow it. My main thought is it appears the colors in the picture are more distinct than the way the threads are working up. Also, most things I have done, have some outlining and this has none. I will probably add a medium color outline around the outer edges so it looks more finished. I wouldn't recommend this for a beginner based on the pattern and the close colors. I'm slightly disappointed because it is so cute. I would have liked to purchase just the pattern and selected my own threads.

Nice project for my lazy time at the beach house! Now I have something to do and enjoy, once it's done. Like that I only have to find a frame, as all the thread was included. Don't know if it will be enough but will comment again to let you know, when it is done!!
