The search for a good soy sauce continues.
I was previously ordering Wholly Ganjang premium soy sauce made from soybeans, salt, and water, and full of probiotic goodness...but when it became unavailable I looked for a comparable option. This wasn't it. The ingredients listed on the bottle are: water, defatted soybean, wheat, sea salt, fructose, alcohol, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, and sucralose. It tastes nothing like a premium/authentic soy sauce. Watered down, infused with sugars, and just gross. Ugh.
