Can the temperature controller be used to turn the heat up to 117-127 degrees fahrenheit if that’s what i want it to do and my hvac output is capable?

For use exclusively with the Sensaphone 400 and 800, this is a "setback" thermostat with an LCD readout. It lets you enter the desired setpoint for both your "away" and "home" temperatures. A control signal, sent from your Sensaphone, switches between these two settings. Product Number: FGD-0064

Can unit be used with internet phone systems?

The Sensaphone 400 has an analog phone connection so it can be used on VOIP systems as long as you can use any analog phone on them. If you need to use digital phones on the system the Sensaphone will not be able to work.

Does 400 Sensaphone replace a 1104 model? Will the sensors hook up the same?
