One battery did not charge at all. I got in spring for winter use. I have not been able to use once. big disappointment!!

They All Laughed At Me
Everyday I came into work I took off my boots and plugged in the batteries to recharge for my evening walk back to my car. One day my co-workers saw what I was doing and yes, they all laughed at me. That is until the week the temperature dropped down to 11 -18 degrees. Now they all wanted to know where I got them from. The insert were so comfortable and they kept my toes nice and toasty. The only draw back is that the battery Velcro straps could be a bit longer for those of us with larger calves. Because of the length, I had to wear the battery packs inside my boots which got uncomfortable on some days. Otherwise, I was really feeling these inserts this winter.
