I am a cooking lover.I would like to spend my time in the kitchen.So the knife is very important for me. This knife bought from CHIUSING which is a high quality knife. It is the real damascus steel knife. It has a nice heft to it but not too heavy. Super sharp and comfortable to hold. And it looks good as well. I have a Shun as my go to chefs knife and this is close to the same quality. Blade seems a bit thicker than the Shun but it is just as sharp. Great knife at an affordable price. I would recommend this product.The damascus chef knife well balanced and fits my hand perfectly.I would buy again.

This is my very first “good” knife with all my others Walmart specials that were all frustratingly terrible!The weight of this knife is perfect.Damascus is gorgeous. It is the real damascus steel. Packaging was better than I expected, very good designed and the blade material is high quality. I used it to cut tough meat today and it sliced it so easy. I did not believe that knife can cut that good but I was wrong. Will be buying smaller size. I love it.

This is the second time to have this knife .The first one was sent by my friend. I use it . It very good. Now I move in the new house .I buy another one myself . It the real damascus chef knife I want. When you use it, you feel the weight is extremely well balanced. light and very sharp, cuts through meats and veggies very smoothly.The nicest thing about eh blade is that it's so hard. You don't need to sharpen it between uses. I plan to gt more for gifts. Looks good and cheaper than stuff at walmarts. Great two thumbs up!!

This knife claims to be real damascus steel, but it’s not. Real Damascus steel will rust if not treated with oil, this one is stainless steel that is made to look like Damascus steel. This knife does hold a sharp very well and that is good enough for me. Do not buy this knife if you are expecting the real deal, it’s not!

Looks great, Works great. The blade's curve is almost exactly the same as the German chef's knives I've used for decades. the knife's balance is perfect. The handle feels good. It is very easy to control. This is my new favorite all around kitchen knife. You won’t be disappointed!
