Product arrived on time in its own box. Nice and shiny with a large capacity pot. Worked with no problem on my smaller rings on my induction hob. Great price!! Use on low-medium heat and you have great coffee in a few minutes. Easy to clean. I haven't tried in dishwasher as it is quite handy to wash by hand.

Made great espresso until I heated it up without water in and warped the steel

At first looks light for it's dimensions. Easy to fill and easy to clean, works really well on the induction hob. Coffee is tasty and there is just a little trace of burnt, probably due to the gasket not really sturdy or keen to stay in place always.

When I first picked up the package, I was a little disappointed as it was so light. My budget at the moment doesn’t stretch to a more expensive Italian brand at around £50.I chose this one (a 6 cup) as it is stainless steel and the price is good. What can I say? It does the job. I use boiling water to fill the reservoir - this can prevent any burned coffee taste - and it makes a good mug size. I never fill above the pressure valve as this will cause the pot to malfunction. There’s always a little water left in the reservoir - this is normal. A small amount of water left in protects your pot from boiling dry. I’ve been using this every day for a while now and I have no problems with it.I’ve only used this on gas and electric but not induction.I would definitely recommend this product.

The product works. It has very little that can go wrong with it & produces good coffee. Having had a Krups espresso machine previously I can say that this, given the price difference, is good value.I was pleased to see the bottom filter plate & seal are removable (& the seal can be replaced as req'd) making cleaning more effective than on the models with a fixed filter plate in the base of the jug.The steel is well polished & free of any blemishes, threads are appropriate for the application, so no difficulty in assembly/disassembly.It loses 1/2 a star because the plastic handle wasn't deburred 100%, still having a bit of spiky sprue residue. Easily removed so not a problem but QC should have caught that.

The difference in coffee taste from this expression maker and a cafeteria is amazing. Plus being able to easily dispose of coffee grounds is a bonus.

Good relationship quality and price

I decided to go for a Stainless Steel stove top as a change from an aluminium one and I am delighted with this choice.
