I have purchased and repurchased for a while now. My skin gets super oily 24/7/365, but this cleanser is not drying like others I have tried in the past. This moisturizes and makes my face feel smooth after use. Non-irritating for sensitive skin.I highly recommend.

I absolutely like this cleansing product. You don't need a lot. A small dab on your finger and then you rub it until it foams up. Cleans your face squeaky clean. I don't have the feeling of my skin drying out and I do not feel I need a second step cleansing product.I follow up with a toner and then serums, as well as moisturizing lotion, sunscreen and/or facial oil. I have clean, moisturized and healthy looking skin.A must buy!

The best facewash ever. It cleanse your face very good. No crazy chemical its just natural soap with soft and foamy goodness.

I was excited to try this product out since I wasn't able to purchase this in Japan when I visited. It costs a bit more than if I had purchased it directly in Japan but worth it so that I could try this product out. It has a lovely, subtle scent that is not overwhelming & washes off make up and the oiliness that may develop on your face after a long, hot summer day. The foaming quality is amazing!! You only have to use a small drop of this stuff and it goes a long way! On my initial use, I did a small dollop about 1/2 a dime size and I had way too much face wash than I could handle so take my advice, a little bit is all you need. I do have to say that while it washes make up and oils off well, it does leave your face feeling a bit tight and dry. I moisturized right away so I wouldn't have that tight feeling and I've decided to only use this every 2-3 days since I don't want to dry out my skin too much. This would be a great product for those with oily skin for sure.

this is my favorite face wash. It gets your face so clean and doesn’t dry it out, but not oily at the same time.

This cleanser is great for washing off oil makeup or for double cleansing. I do like when cleansers leave my face feeling super dry so not sure if this is suitable for sensitive skin.

I have somewhat oily skin, which causes me to get occasional acne. this cleanser does make my face a bit dry after washing, but i use a cosrx moisturizer which rebalances my face making it neutral instead of oily. Really great product, i originally discovered it while in Shinjuku in Japan a couple of months, have been using it since. Recommended it to my mom as well👍

This stuff is so nostalgic to me. I love the scent, it reminds me of traveling to Japan and it's so cleansing. I don't know it there are any brightening ingredients in here but my pale skin just always looks fresh when I use this. It could potentially be too stripping if you have dry skin, which I have...but I'm still obsessed with it regardless. I have to use cream or milk cleansers most days out of the week, but some days I just need a deep clean to restart and this is what I go for. The whip this makes is unreal, I use a foaming net and the foam is just next level. The texture of it is the absolute best experience and it gives me joy :) It really is the "perfect" whip :) and it'll always be in my heart.

I like this product but it said 5 pieces and only got one what's up with that. Why pay that price when I could have bought one of the same for cheaper.

I've no issues with the product, it's a great 5-star product. My issue is with the advertising. When it says x 5 pieces, it means I should get 5 pieces in 1 order right? I've tried ordering it twice (3 sets of 5) and each time I receive only 3 pieces.

I usually love this cleanser, but when I received this product, the smell was a lot different than what I was used to. Also, the posting does say “5 pieces” but you will only receive one cleanser.

The title and description of the product say 5 pieces but I only receive 1 piece :(

As the title states it's not a pack of 5. It's only one.
