My 20-inch suitcase is sturdy, cool outlook and pretty functional!All the eight corners are wrapped with aluminum and scratch-proof.The lift handle is very sturdy and popped by a spring when it is lifted up.Two locks with scrollable pass codes are built together and the clicks on the locks will ensure a complete seal of the entire case without using any zip.The all-direction wheels underneath the suitcase move easily and smoothly.Two hinges are also made of aluminum that provides endurance for long-term utility.The seller provided a fast shipping which was very nice as well.

Ordered it in the 20" carry on size in rose gold.The suitcase arrived with several scratches & scuffs on it, despite being wrapped in a cover. It is surprisingly heavy compared to my other similarly sized carry ons (Rimowa & Delsey) and those do not have aluminum frames. I find it hard to believe that this one does either. The handle is not very stable and I can see it breaking quickly.The additional interior pockets are a nice benefit that will be great to secure those little random things that I always throw into my bag at the last minute.The color & style are great but I don't expect it will survive for more than a trip or two.

I was very pleased with how quick this suitcase was shipped.It has an aluminum shell covered by a very thin protective film, giving it a sleek, professional look.It is very durable and sturdy, yet it is very lightweight.The four wheels spin smoothly and flawlessly.It has two TSA locks that make suitcase very secure.The inside of the case has many different bag compartments, as well as securing belts which prevent the items from moving during flights.

I haven't used this suitcase yet, so this may be preemptive, but I just recieved it and it's super cute! It's the perfect size (29"). I love that it has clips vs. zipper. I always feel like zippers are unreliable. I love that it has locking latches as well. Not only for the airport, but it's the sad truth the not all hotel safes are reliable these days, especially in foreign countries. It has two seperators on each side. One has numerous pockets for hygiene or small items. The handle also locks in various heights going up in case you are shorter or taller you can have it at the perfect height. It seems to spin well and it seems to be made of high quality materials. The only complaint I have is that there are no instructions or manuals. I have no idea how to reset the locks to the combination I want and I have no idea what this random piece on the front is (a piece that extends with some type of rope on it). Will look it up or write to seller. They have been quick to answer my questions in the past.

Took this luggage to my Europe trip and not really sure why the linings/cover in the inside started to tear from both sides. A little disappointed for the amount of money I spent.

Revised: 12/19/18The seller contacted me about my issue/review and offered me a discount rather than a warranty repair for the faulty wheel. Was happy with the discount and the customer service. He mentioned that the wheels don’t tend to be an issue normally so perhaps I had a faulty one?Wanted to love it. But I’ve had it a little over two months and the damage clearly shows. I’m a weekly ‘road warrior,’ meaning I travel pretty much every week for work. Besides from the visible cosmetic damages (scratches, dents, etc.), the wheels are making it so that trying to navigate the airport by spinning the luggage is tough. One of the wheels is definitely getting ‘stuck’ and not spinning as well as the others.

I traveled with these across country and it held up well. I like having the four wheels and the dividers have pockets for storing items.

I would give this 5 stars if there were no protective film on the luggage. It scratches off easily, and when you try to remove the entire film it's very tough/ nearly impossible to remove it from under corners and edges (which makes it look terrible). Pretty frustrated after paying $$ for a great suitcase. They company should either make the film easier to remove or not have it at all.
