I just received this item and like it so far. It came as described. I purchased the two receivers and three call buttons. It works well. We have one call button in each bedroom and oneHanging in the bathroom.Attaching the lanyard was a little tricky with shaky hands but doable.The sound travels from upstairs to downstairs.

The system works well, you can set different buttons to different sounds so you know which button was pushed. So far the one in the shower is working fine. But putting the buttons on the lanyards seems impossible to me.

So, I read a lot of bad reviews about the batteries being an issue for some. The way we utilize the buttons and receivers, we have had 0 issues. We leave each button in a central location where they are always at, because if they are moving we are with them. So, this has been a life saver, and so easy to get use to using. Very nice buy! I purchased these for my grandmother. We recently moved in to help take care of her and her home. We aren’t able to hear her when she needs us sometimes due to the distance of the rooms do we purchased these. They’re are a ton of tones you can set. They are all a little silly but they do the job. They also light up. I like that I can pick it up and carry it from room to room with me. She has a pager button in the bedroom, bathroom, & living room.

Items were ready to use and just what I wanted, but when call button was pushed they didn't always ring. They only consistently rang 7 times out of 10.

When our elderly neighbour's wife went to visit her family, they were concerned how he would cope, as he would be on his own and had fallen one before. We volunteered to be on-call and after looking for a "personal alarm" of some form, we opted for this one. Thankfully, all went well, but the tests we did showed this was reliable and worked well. Good value.

I have my 91 yr old dad come to stay with me every month or so for a few days and I have a speaker next to my bed and in the lounge and have the alert buttons in the toilet, bathroom and by his bed. I can sleep soundly knowing if he needs help it’s only a button press away
