Too complicated to set up and volume level far too soft. Unhelpful customer services denied their phones could have a fault.Disappointed and returned phone after wasting much time and effort trying to get it to work.Standard phones are better having briefly handled this phone.I do not recommend.

Takes a bit of getting used to especially with texting. Bought it specifically to use buttons not touch screen but some things are too difficult to work out when I need to correct mistakes or delete things.

Love slider. But didn't realise I needed new sim card.

Phone fine but no English manual

This is a nice little phone, if you just want to phone, text or take photo's, but it is not a smart phone. The email doesn't work, despite hours trying to set it, including phone help from Doro it just doesn't work. There is no provision for Apps and the internet link is poor, so I still can't access my security cameras which is why I bought it. I like the keyboard and the assistance for text is good, but if I can't send my photo's buy email, its no good for me.

I already have an Android smart phone, but I found it is too wide and awkward to hold comfortably, so I bought the Doro 745. I had no trouble setting my old one up . However, this phone is not easy to set up, despite what the advert says. I cannot get the contacts from my SIM onto the phone, or get pictures onto my PC following the instructions in the manual. The online manual is exactly the same as the one that came in the box, so there is no help there. I am disappointed, I had expected to be able to use the phone, but it's back in its box while I rely on the old one. I have just found a phone number on the web for Doro support, and will give them a call tomorrow to see it the problems can be solved. I'd be wary of buying this phone unless you have someone who a whizz with technology to help you. I hope buying this doesn't turn out to be an expensive mistake.

Lo he devuelto porque realmente tiene cosas no pensadas para una persona mayor. "hace demasiadas preguntas de confirmación para llamar, escribir mensajes...". No pongo en duda la calidad del producto, pero los menus no son adecuados para personas mayores

Achtung, es handelt sich hier nicht (!) um ein Smartphone. Ich habe mich durch den Titel in die Irre führen lassen und das Gerät gekauft, weil ich ein Handy ohne Schnickschnack mit großen Tasten und Notfallknopf suchte. Das ist es aber auch schon. Man kann in der Tat lediglich telefonieren, simsen und fotografieren. Es hat kein Android-System und daher keine Möglichkeit, irgendwelche Apps zu installieren. Es hat keine Notizfunktion. Ferner werden alle Nachrichten in einem einzigen Ordner gesammelt. Entwürfe gibt es gar nicht, d.h., wenn man eine SMS anfängt aber noch nicht abschicken will, kann man sie nicht speichern. GPS bezieht sich lediglich darauf, dass man im Notfall geortet werden kann. Es bietet keine Navifunktion.Also ein sehr rudimentäres Handy.

J'ai acheté le doro 745 hélas déçue. je suis mal voyante je possède déjà un portable doro coulissant mais cela ne se fait plus il faut que je le change j'ai alors après avoir lu la fiche technique sur le site doro j'ai vu que l'on pouvait agrandir la taille des textes surtout les sms je l'ai donc acheté mais quand on a voulu le mettre en marche tout était en petit même en grand caractère. ce téléphone n'est pas adapté pour les mal voyants, en plus il est très compliqué. Achat NUL, retour à l'expéditeur.

Très bon téléphone, assez intuitif mais il faut quant même chercher. Par contre trouver un étui relève du parcours du combattant. Si quelqu'un avait acheté un étui pour Doro PhoneEasy 745, merci de me donner la référence et le site, je n'en trouve ni sur internet ni en magasin.
