Clear, precise, and straight to the point
This book is a great, simple overview of what STO's are, how they function, and what the future holds for them. If you want to dive deeper into the STO world, start with this book.

Useful introduction for crypto starters and advanced
Compact yet detailed introduction to Security Token Offerings. The author does a good job in explaining what makes STOs unique and how they differ from ICO, IPO and others. Really enjoyed the practical examples and existing STOs as well as the predictions on how STO might evolve in the future. It’s a young field, so there is still much to develop. The legal explanations and clarification was helpful, posts I read online only confused me on this topic. Get now what STOs mean legally for companies as well as investors. Would only have wished for some more tips on upcoming STOs, but other than that very happy I got this book. Don’t waste your time reading 15 different websites full of ads, this guide summarizes it well and easy.

Compact, handy introduction to STOs
Read this after going through the Decentralized Finance book by the same author. Interesting and useful read on Security Token Offerings, although it seems the big wave of STOs is still about to come. The author does a good job of describing the somewhat complicated legal surroundings of STOs by distinguishing from other forms of fundraising. Obviously, STOs will be implemented somewhat differently on the jurisdiction they are in.Still think this is a good and handy read for everyone who wants to get the concept of STOs and what changes they may bring.

Great Read for those new to STO.
I just finished Security Token Offerings for Beginners. I found it to be an easy to comprehend, in-depth look at an emerging field set to disrupt the status quo for the next decade. It takes complex materials and breaks them down to their basic elements, providing the reader with useful knowledge, things to watch out for, and ways to take advantage of this emerging market. The author does a great job of providing a guide on how to flush out potential scams and highlights specific players in this field that are ripe for growth. Overall a worthy and very informative read.

STO Book
I rarely write reviews, but I strongly disagreed with what has been said about this book and found it very helpful. First of all, this book is an introductory read into STOs. This is something the book totally delivers on. Anybody who knows little about STOs but has heard about them on blockchain events or crypto forums will find a good introduction with this book. Distinguishing between STOs, ICOs and IPOs helped me gain some clarity. The author gives lots of details without beating around the bush too much. At times though, it could have been a bit more compact.A clear distinction is made between security and utility tokens. It’s the same thing I have read on other sources and actually some legal frameworks have defined. The predictions on the STO market I found particularly interesting – ultimately we’ll see where the market really goes. Yes, the author is quite excited about STOs, I guess like most of us in the cryptospace. But I see no empty promises made – like anywhere, there will be good and not-so-good STOs coming about. Also enjoyed the details on Security Token Exchanges that are evolving, hadn’t heard about that before.Sure, it is not a long legal discussion about the legal implications of this new way of raising funds, but it doesn’t claim to be. As for the statements about the author, I found this nowhere in the book. The author describes himself who regularly writes about blockchain and crypto. Seems more than legit to me. This book is not a scam, but a solid introduction to the topic of STOs. Glad I read it. Sure, you can and probably should read blog posts about STOs too – but frankly I enjoy having the information in one place. Hence, I definitely recommend buying this book.

Don't buy it. Like many ICO in the past that book is also a total SCAM.
If it is possible I would have give zero stars. That book is a total SCAM.I dived into the crypto space about 3 years ago and have already gained a decent amount of knowledge. In the first half of the "book" the author is just repeatedly saying that STO are better than ICOs and therefore the future. It does not have any kind of substance. The second half is primarily about a few projects, platforms and protocols in the STO space. Many times I had the impression that the author himself does not know the difference between an utility and a security token. Or maybe he just really really really poorly described it.Just do a 1 hour Google search about STOs and you will find more valuable information than in that book. Again don't buy it!And finally in the back of the book the author is describing himself as an ICO Whitepaper Guru and a Blockchain veteran because he is in the crypto space for about 4 years. What a joke. Never listen to a self proclaimed GURU.
