Delicious!
I was skeptical about this product, to be honest. I didn't think it was going to taste like oatmeal or any kind of hot breakfast cereal I would enjoy. I'm not a huge oatmeal or hot breakfast cereal fan to begin with, but I wanted something as an occasional alternative to my normal keto breakfast. So I gave this a try. WOW, was I pleasantly surprised! The serving isn't very big - only about 1/3 cup but it REALLY fills you up! The texture is very consistent to oatmeal and the nuts give it a voluminous, hearty feel. I really love the fact you can make it loose or firm, depending on the amount of water you use, to either make it more like stiff oatmeal or more like hot cereal. I've also added a splash of heavy cream in it a few times to change it up. Now as for the taste... I liked the taste well enough. It was good and I could taste the chia seeds as well as the cinnamon and also the coconut. A wonderful combination. I could also taste the flax, which I'm not a huge fan of, but it was very mild in comparison. It was definitely sweet enough. BUT, to kick it up a notch, I tried adding a dash more cinnamon which really helped and then I tried a couple of drops of English Toffee Sweetdrops which took an already great food and made it SUPER YUMMY! Wow, the drops just knocked it out of the park. I loved it. My hubs loved it. Even my daughter, who doesn't eat keto and wants nothing to do with anything that doesn't involve sugar loaded milk chocolate, loved it. I can't wait to try other flavors of the Sweetdrops in it to see if I can find more wonderful combos. Overall, I was definitely impressed and will absolutely be buying more.

GOD no. Terrible.
I was really looking forward to this because the ingredients list and the nutrition fit what I was looking for. I got this package in the mail yesterday and opened it out of curiosity (I wanted to sniff it obviously) and immediately realized there would be no resealing this package. The seal was completely faulty so I had to transfer it to an airtight Ziploc bag and kept the instructions. So, the smell was a bit off but I figured, "Hey, most of the products are a little weird. I'm sure it's fine." Just no. I made a bowl this morning for breakfast and was excited about the serving size. It looked just right for what I was aiming for. I took a bite. Umm...no. I took another bite. GOD no. I added some sugar free syrup. Absolutely not. Y'all this stuff literally tastes like a moldy old cabin that somebody has been stashing clove away in for the past two decades. I NEVER throw food out. NEVER. I just tossed this $10 moldy bag of feed in the trash. You win some, you lose some.

It's really good and easy, definitely a win in my book
When I saw how small the portion was I was skeptical about this being fulfilling. Also since I am lazy I wanted to do the microwave method but at least I was smart enough to cover it because it exploded in the microwave and I followed the directions. Now it looks like a bunch of a hot mess but hell I still want to try it, i paid for it and it smells pretty decent. I look at the bag and it simply looks like a ton of nuts all up in cinnamon and some artificial sweeteners. After I let it cool down enough to eat it the flavor was pretty good and when I hit down sure enough it was crunchy. It was like crunchy oatmeal. I found this blend to be new to me and interesting. After I finished this food I had to get my children ready for the bus and did all my normal struggles to get preteens ready in a small amount of time with bartering and threatening and we got in the car to get to the bus stop and I realized that I feel full and am not hungry, so I would call this stuff a real win. I have been lazily doing a low carb diet and breakfast options are slim so I am happy to have one more breakfast option and I can bring it to work with me and eat some if I forgot to make a lunch or if I feel like being lazy.

Great oatmeal substitute
I am on a Keto diet now and this Keto friendly product is reminiscent of oatmeal, which is not allowed on my diet. It's a great breakfast cereal substitute and I like the combination of oatmeal consistency with a bit of crunch added in. I sometimes add a little coconut milk or almond milk to the cereal. There was a slight "floral" taste at first, which was initially a bit offputting but I got used to it pretty quickly and now I love the taste and texture. And it's very quick and easy to make.I just ordered the cocoa almond flavor to try as well. I expect it to be just as tasty. They are a bit pricey compared to non-Keto cereals, but given the price of other Keto alternatives, this is worth it if you are craving an oatmeal like cereal but want to stay low-carb or Keto friendly.

Meh
It’s ok. Definitely not disgusting. The taste is decent I guess but considering that the bag is pretty much 40% finely chopped nuts/pecans/almonds, it is very overpriced. There are other low carb oatmeal packages you can buy and add your own nuts to while saving a lot of money. This didn’t really taste like oatmeal to me which was kind of disappointing. I certainly didn’t expect it to taste 100% like regular oatmeal but it doesn’t come close enough in my opinion. It literally felt as if I was just eating chopped up pecans mixed with a dash of watered down oats. I’d be better off purchasing low carb oatmeal and substituting 50% of it with nuts to cut the carb count in half and also the money spent on this product. I do appreciate different company’s efforts in creating low carb substitutes but I’m learning more and more that you are better off making your own recipes.
