Just a touch big, but looks great.

The hat is just a little larger than American hats which is common with Tams, and Balmoral and similar hats due to the construction and you wear them slightly lower, so wind can't as easily steal them. They are a nice bonnet for the money

Very happy with this product. It was as good as my old military berets (usually wore 7-1/2 or 7-5/8). This feels great to wear and looks FABULOUS with my kilt and ghillie shirt.Only one regret: I wish I had ordered a 7-1/2, instead of the 7-5/8, if only because of the occasional breeze. I'd hate to see my new beret go sailing away in a gust! 7-5/8 was just a teeny bit loose.This Balmoral can be shaped nicely. I was very pleased to see that this product can be "shaped" to bring the right side down low over the ear, as worn during WWII. This is my preferred style and I was able to obtain the look I wanted with little effort.Great product, quick delivery, happy customer!

This is a perfectly normal Glengarry, essentially identical to the one I bought this to replace. And for much less than you'd probably pay at a Highland games event. I can't think of anything to complain about. Thick wool material. Quality ribbon. Proper stitching. I'm going to replace the toorie with a darker red that matches my kilt.

I am very pleased with my new Balmoral. It looks distinctive, is of fine quality and fits great. How can you go wrong?
