This straightener is very good. It has two temperature settings high and low which i use low is enough. With the attached container, you can add some water for the steam function. It can be turned off if you don't want any steam while you straighten your hair. With a lock at the bottom, it's easy to store and use with safety. I think the price may be a little higher than others but hopefully it will be more durable.

Good quality. Gets hot but doesn’t damage my hair. Plates are smooth and heat up evenly. Doesn’t snag my hair when curling. This is an amazing product for natural curly hair. I liked the packaging it came in. The cute bag is convenient for traveling. Likewise with the heat glove. The flat iron is nice. I like the design and the knobs are easy to operate and understand. It heats up fairly quickly and has a green light to show when its done. Overall a really great, easy to use product.

My hair is extremely hard to straighten/curl. It's naturally really frizzy (lots of tiny z shape curls) and styles don't last but a few seconds on me before they turn back into frizz :( I've had some great steam tools in the past and they were the only things that worked for me but have not been impressed with most modern day steam tools, until this one. Works fast and styles lasts.

I have used other hair streightener. The handle for this one feels great. Unlike others built with plastic handles, this gives a very premium feel. Also, one thing that differentiates it from others I used in the past is the water spray feature. There's water chamber. A press of a button will spit out the water and when it reaches the hot iron it becomes steam and makes hair easier to streighten out. I only used it once with my short hair and it works great. I can't wait for my hair to grow longer to try this.

It's hard to keep my hair style well in the windy winter, so I need a hair flat iron to make the nice hair style last longer. This hair straightener is easy to use and it heats in a very short time. What I enjoy the most is, there are side equipments going with the hair straightener, like glove, clips and water injection tank which are definitely helpful.

This iron is fantastic. I have kinks in my hair that just would not come out no matter how many passes I made, and my other irons leave my hair flat and lifeless. On low, this got the kinks out in one pass and left me soft, silky, shiny and bouncy. You do have to go slowly and let it rest every few seconds for the steam to keep up (I've used it once, maybe it will get better as the wick gets soaked up) but it still took half the time as my others. Hands down my favorite flat iron!

The material of this machine feels very advanced, which is different from what I tried before. Unlike ordinary steel materials, this machine is packaged with silica gel and has good thermal insulation, so I won't burn my face when I try it out.

wow, this is better than I thought, very fancy looking ( matte looking ) and at the end, there is a lock, so after use it, you can keep it close, so you would not accidently hurn yourself. I normally use this product when my hair half dry, my hair look great after use it.
