Dark Secrets 1: Legacy of Lies and Don't Tell (1)

Ok this has 2 books in one, so in Legacy of Lies: This was a paranormal story of Megan who comes to visits her grandmother and finds that the ghost who haunts the house is her grandmothers sister and she died at the same age as Megan (16) well someone is trying to kill her and the love life also gets strange over all I gave this 3.85 stars. Recommend if you like paranormal thrillers. Favorite Quotes..... "Gazing back into his eyes, I felt something stir inside me, some feeling so deep, so secret, my own heart couldn't whisper the words to me." (page 82) "He looked so long and so steadily at my mouth, my cheeks burned and heart pounded. I felt his eyes making my lips soft. I felt as if his eyes were kissing me." (page 155) Loved so beautiful..Don't Tell: Set in the same New England town as the first book Lauren comes back to the town 7 years later after an accident to learn that someone is trying to get her and growing up on a lake as a kid she starts to learn secrets that she thinks is in her head but then realizes she is not crazy. I have to say the reveal at the end floored me did not see that sneaky little move come in and really liked it. Over all I give this a 3.75 star. Recommend for thriller, strange psychokinesis (RSPK) family drama, love coming back... this book is for you.. Gina Clabo

Dark Secrets 1 was definetly a great book. A lot of books aren't interesting enough(in my taste) to continue reading after the first chapter. I liked this book because it deals with death and reincarnation and things of that nature. My description of this book would be.. " Life and death warapped up in a love story". Some parts of the book might help you understand why I chose the words I did to describe it,such as: " I knew before then I was getting hooked on you, but i thought I could handle it. I didn't know a simple kiss could be like that. It was scary,what i felt. My heart was banging against my ribs. I don't know how you couldn't hear it." and " The boathouse is going to burn down. We have to get out of here now. Now! There's no time. You must come with me." I would DEFINETLY recommend this book to a friend because i'm a picky reader and it kept me interested.

Read this book a long time ago and wanted to read it again.

After reading Elizabeth Chandler's book *Kissed by an Angel* I got this book in my Amazon recommendations, and gave it a try. I didn't expect to enjoy it so much! The characters are great, and the stories are unlike anything I've ever read before. You know how sometimes, you pick up a book and read a couple of chapters and it's almost exactly the same as something else you've read? This book - COMPLETELY ORIGINAL. I can't wait for the 2nd book in this series to come out. :)

My first oppinion of the book is AWESOME, but the second part isnt as good as the first. With the first part it constantly grabed me and made me want to read the book faster. Though with the second part it didnt grab me as the first one did.

I loved this book! It technically is 2 books in once which is so nice. Highly recommend

I picked up this book because I was a fan of the Kissed by an Angel trilogy. Elizabeth Chandler has another winner with these short mysteries. They keep you thinking almost until the very end about who the culprit is.
