I bought these socks for my partner, he does a lot of walking. He likes them because they're soft to the touch but hard wearing.

Good fit, don’t ride down, comfortable and warm

I bought these socks with amazon prime and received bridgedale socks. the quality is immediately obvious. thick, comfortable, durable and warm when its cold but my feet never get sweaty. I have been using them for over a year and I know when I have forgot to wash them because I have to wear an alternative and feel the difference immediately. You can feel the lack of cushioning immediately on each step of walking. I have bought more. you pay for quality, but I see no signs of wear and I think they will last a long time. I'm not easy on my socks and often walk outside wearing them to the dustbins. I see the other review for this sock and wonder if they got the same item because a 1 star review makes no sense. I am a convert to these awesome socks.

Cheaper Bridgedale are no better than anyone elses walking socks but these are the gold standard. Worth paying for
