The Presence and Work of the Holy Spirit

Just a great look at the work of the Spirit. There was a quote in the first chapter which basically said- that we often fail to see the Holy Spirit as a person and as a result we look at him as some energy force and we often hear ourselves saying: "I need more of the Spirit"; but when we look at the Spirit as a person we go from thinking we need more of the Spirit to we need the Spirit to have more of us. Mind-blowing concept for me..

This book was such a good reminder of how we need the Holy Spirit to accomplish the work God has called us to do here on earth. We must not take one step without Him. It also gave many examples of what a life filled with the Spirit looks like. I really needed this book to encourage me to keep going as I was getting weary trying to do things in my own power.

Wonderful book you should not go through life without your helperthe Holy Spirit this book has so much knowledge about the Holy Spirit and what he does Amen.

This is another excellent book by Dr. R.A. Torrey. I think it is the best of all of his books. His subject matter is very appropriate for this day and is also timeless. There are few books that I'll recommend, but this is one of them. I highly recommend The Presence and Work of the Holy Spirit by Dr. R.A. Torrey.

This is a wonderful book which clarifies the Holy Spirit's impact on our daily lives. The Holy Spirit is REAL AND RIGHT HERE WITH US EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY --OUR GUIDE AND COMFORTER.

Every Evangelical Christian who doesn't know much about the Holy Spirit needs to read this book. You owe it to yourself to have allthe POWER that the LORD intended you to have.

Fantastic book on the person of the Holy Spirit.

I never really understood who is the Holy Spirit and this book has opened my eyes to things that I was looking for. I highly recommend this book to start your journey with the Holy Spirit.
