Father and twin toddlers slept through 13-hour flight
I traveled with my 3y/o twins....just the three of us, on a red-eye 13-hour flight. This product made the trip manageable in terms of getting some rest. Although I did not use it for its intended purpose, cause I placed two inflated Skyrest pillows on the floor between my children's seats and the seat in front of them. Basically using it as foot rests. But beyond being footrests, the two Skyrest pillows served as cushions for my legs when I have to stretch out diagonally. So we ended up having my daughter lay down across the seats, I laid down diagonally with my son sleeping halfway between me and the seats. It was a brutal situation, but the fact that all 3 of us got to sleep most of the time during this dreadful flight makes me think that it all because the Skyrest pillows made things a bit easier for us. Key is to practice ahead of time. Days prior to the flight, I inflated them and decided on how to make good use of the pillows. Keep in mind that inflating them while on land maybe a little easier, cause I realized that while it took me about 14 deep breaths to fully inflate a pillow while on land, it took me a bit longer while cruising at 36k feet up in the air. I decided to set up and place them after we have reached a cruising altitude. Deflating and storing them is a breeze. I timed it as approximately 13 sec to completely deflate. They did not occupy too much space in my carry-on bag when they are fully deflated. The pillows remained fully inflated throughout the flight...that was may main concern: what if it starts losing air..but it didn't. I read others say that it is bulky when inflated. I didn't think so.I think it is a good buy. No negative thing to say about it based on my recent experience with it.

I Wish There Were 6 Stars
Flew from US to India round trip with these and they were beyond amazing. They have a pocket on the back side to slide your hands in. This creates a position mimicking the action of leaning forward, folding your arms on top of a high desk and resting your head on your forearms. Slept for several hours on these at a time. We had several other people on the plane including flight attendants asking us about them in envy. If you want to sleep on a flight, these are by far the best option I've encountered. Be sure to play around with the firmness. We had two people using these and we found we preferred very different levels of inflation. Also you may find your hands are tight in the sleeve. If so, just deflate slightly until you find a comfortable fit. Other reviews mention putting on the tray table. I did not do this. I placed the pillow directly on my lap and had plenty of room in coach on an international flight with people reclined in front of me.

Good product but could be better
It worked very well on my long flights to and back from Asia. I slept through most of the flight time! Couple of minors things would make this perfect travel pillow - one is to make it a bit taller, and the bottom of the pillow should be made out of the same material. The bottom is made of very thin plastic which affects the look of the entire pillow quality, not sure if this will last but hope it will! So far I have no complaints about it, in fact purchased two more as gifts.

I thought this was a perfect solution but I guess not
We got these for the kids for long car trips. They don't use them the way they are intended though. We wind up blowing them up and putting them between the kids and they wind up slouching to the left or right on them. Maybe it's our kids but they don't sleep hunched over in the forward position. They blow up fast and are soft though so on my next trip I'll try it out like that.

great idea but not for us
They didn't work for us. The position caused my back to spasm and my bf had his legs go to sleep. great idea but not for us. Nothing wrong with the product. It is a bit bulky for your carryon. My sister loved hers so we decided to try. Maybe they will work well for someone else.

Great concept
This is a great concept and worked well for my husband and myself when seated in a regular coach seat as there was something for the pillow to lean against. When we moved to an exit row seat there was nothing to lean against and we kept falling forward. Then one of our pillows sprung a leak.

You feel a bit silly pulling this out and bowing ...
You feel a bit silly pulling this out and bowing up, but I know other people wanted it on our overnight overseas flight.

Travel Pillow
Although the pillow is what I ordered, it isn't as comfortable as I expected. We were on a long flight (from Houston to Honolulu). For the bulk and blowing up required, I'm not sure it's worth the cost.
