Swanson Amino Acid Free-Form L-Lysine 500 Milligrams 100 Capsules

I use Lysine for mouth ulcers. I have had a problem with them for years, but now I am fighting them as a result of chemo. I take one in the morning and one at night. These capsules are MUCH easier to swallow than the dry tablets. Both are large, but these capsules are so much easier to get down. The best thing is that they work and keeps the ulcers from becoming open sores. They go away quickly as long as I take them as soon as I become aware of one starting. I highly recommend this product.

This product is exactly as described - it's easy to swallow and in my opinion really works to boost your immune system. Great at preventing cold sores. When I feel one starting on my lips, I drink 2 of these capsules and put L-lysine ointment on my lips at night. No cold sores next morning. I used to get them every time the seasons changed, when I was stressed out, not enough sleep. If you get them quite often, I suggest drinking the capsules and using the ointment on a daily basis. Make sure the ointment is new and not expired. Replace ointment every few months to maintain it's effectiveness.

Good product.. easy to swallow. No problems at all

I have used these lysine capsules previously and like them a great deal. At the first sign of a canker sore I take one tablet at night and the next day the sore is on it’s way gone. One more that night and it’s gone!
