Great product BUT always check sizes!
Ok it came way early, it's a great condition, great product, a nice replacement cylinder and piston. And I'm NOT knocking off stars for this because it's my fault for not paying attention BUT if you are going to get this and you are running any kind of manifold bigger then a 32mm one YOU WILL NEED TO BUY ONE!And along with one if you don't already have one you'll also need a carb that will fit that manifold Intake. Go figure I also bought a new head and it calls for 10mm spark plugs so I was also confused with that too, always check sizes!

Terrible
Almost all gaskets arrived bent, including the head gasket. Cylinder is horrible looks like they just poured molten metal into a mold and did absolutely nothing after. None of the flanges were flat enough for the exhaust or carburetor intake. I get that it's cheap but they could at least make it useable

Keep your old piston.
Product received ok. Thankfully. This kit was NOT packaged securely enough to avoid damage. Cylinder was NOT plated, therefore, I had to hone and polish A LOT..... Head mating surface had sand pits and I had to machine it down to an acceptable limit BUT required me to use (2) head gaskets for proper chamber/piston clearance. Intake and exhaust ports had to be ported. Had to machine both as well due to "Sand Pits" and flat plane mating. Piston "PIN BORE" location on new piston was off by 6.2 m.m. vertically, which would have caused extended stroke so I used previous piston with new pin and rings. Assembly went well but I was concerned about the (2) head gaskets used. Engine fired immediately upon check ride and had very good results in regards to performance. NO mating issues with head and/or ports. Acceleration was outstanding and stable. This engine does NOT like running in slow speeds. Other than that, overall OK. Just hang on to your OLD piston as long as it is still good or use it for reference to the NEW piston for overall dimensions match.

Beware of seller sending used parts
The Delivery time was excellant, however, I received a used piston cylinder and not a new one. It was easy to spot because on both the top of the cylinder and on thr manifold port you can easily see that there were gaskets there before. Also, the cylinder was dingy and stained from previous use

Good
Good product , be careful though these gaskets rip easy, also intake studs are smaller than 40 do measure your intake or order new intake manifold

Low quality. Low performance.
I bought this to replace jug on my motor because the piston bearings went and the pin was damaged. The motor still ran great and had lots of power. A 4 year old 66cc. The jug had a horizontal score from the piston flopping around. Any way. I replaced it with this. New piston and rings. The motor has lost power. I used to have fast acceleration even uphill. With this it turned it into a 49cc. I am going to but the original jug back on and get my power back. Even with the scored jug I had more power. It runs but no way like my motor was. Maybe ports not as good or the bore is inferior.

Didn't work
Did not work piston hit the head and also the intake port inst right can't get any gas through to the headjug to the head

It's for a short crank rod..piston has a low hole!
I own 2 motorized bikes and use them as my sole means of transport so my review will be dead on.Paper gaskets are full of cracks and creases from improper handling and have a good chance of failing which is not good considering what has to be done to replace gaskets..So the gaskets are pretty much useless and would not recommend using them on a bike used for long commutes. The piston has a low hole pin which will cause the piston to protrude above the cylinder and hit the head and can only be used on a short crank rod..Most riders use Kits for their builds and they mostly come with a long crank rod..unfortunately this listing does Not include the "Low hole" description..even though it's visible in the photos,it's not easily noticeable and should have been stated in the description..it is not for a standard Kit bike. The cylinder is very old and has angled transfers which causes the pistons ring to snag..The only thing useful in the kit is the exhaust and carb gaskets and rings...the Low hole piston is useless and Should have been stated somewhere in the photos or description..the cylinder is also useless due to ring snag on the angled transfers...if there was a 0 rating I would give it ..1 star

Es Ăștil pero llega mal
Los empaques los metieron en una bolsa, doblados y rotos, si los necesitas con urgencia no es una compra recomendada

Does NOT fit 80cc engine.
I realize there are different crankshaft lengths, but nothing about this kit is compatible with the 80CC even though they advertise it that way. The head is wrong and the piston is wrong which is basically the entire kit. If it's meant for some other model of 80CC and not the Amazon kit version then that should be listed in the ad. It's tough because there's not even a proper brand and model to search for. Everything seems generic. But for anybody wondering, your intake won't fit and your piston will hit the head,.. I don't know what this is designed for but it's not for the amazon 80CC (painted black version) bike kit.

Works good, delicate
Case gasket didnt line up right, and the cylinder linning is very thin. Took it apart to port for a reed valve after a month of running it (bout 20mins every 2 or 3 days), and it was right on its last end. Id imagine though if there was no mods someone would get longer out of it. You get what you pay for.

Piston is not the correct size
Rest of it seems ok, cardboard gaskets. Piston is not the correct size/the hole where it connects to the crank arm is in the wrong location. It contacts the head and does not allow it to come to top dead center.
