Herbal Ayurvedic Amla Hair Oil (210 ml)

I use this as an overnight pre-shampoo treatment and I love it -- before you go to bed, just massage it in (I warm some in a bowl in the microwave) and wrap your hair in a towel, old T-shirt, etc. It's chock-full of good stuff for your hair, and I've seen great results in terms of my overall hair health (growth, shine, and thickness). Just be aware that some of the Ayurvedic herbs also act as natural dyes that may discolor blonde hair.

This is not the Amla Oil I'm used to. It's more like a heavy oil with "oil' smell...if that'spossible? YET, I find it to be a fine product and I encourage others to purchase, it 'sjust not for me.I am used to the subtle differences of Amla from another company. Plus I find thebottle/label in the photo to be quite attractive, the product received is packaged different.

I noticed more softness, more balanced scalp, less itchiness, and a slowdown in the gray new growth.

The label is in English, and the ingredient list is healthy, natural and impressive. Contains several herbal compounds (from Ayurvedic tradition), that I am unfamiliar with, but they are natural and traditional, so I'm good with that. More importantly, it contains three compounds that are specifically supposed to help with hair health and growth (amla, bhringraj and brahmi).The oil itself seems very high quality, with a silky feel and good absorption. I tried some on my arm as a test before putting it on my hair and scalp, it absorbed into my skin easily with no greasy shine or residue. Same thing when I applied it to my hair and scalp... absorbed quickly, with no greasy or oily residue. The oil itself is dark green in color, but does not stain the skin or hair. The smell is a light herbal fragrance, very pleasant.I just received it yesterday, so I can't say yet whether it will help with hair health, but I will try it for a month and then report back.The package comes from India, so does not arrive as quickly as some Amazon packages, however I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly it diod arrive. It only took 11 days, which is fast from India. It was very securely packaged for shipping, with a sturdy box, bubble wrap, shrink wrapped bottle, and a shipping plug in the neck of the container so there was no leakage. It does control hair fall ..I apply overnight or few hours earlier before washing my hair. I have been using this oil for about 4 months. TOTALLY SATISFIED.edited after using new one,the smell and color(now it's very dark green) of this is changed and my hair fall is increased when applying and combing hair. Does not moisture hair .I think it's a fake product.

The Smell and Colour of the hair oil has changed since the last time i bought it while the packaging is still the exact same. I don't know if the company has itself changed these 2 things or if amazon has given me a defected/duplicate product. i tired searching online but couldn't find anything. The new smell and colour feels like it is not pure amla smell and there are some chemicals added to it (although there's nothing mentioned like this on bottle).Please drop a review if you got the same issue too so that amazon could know it.

Using this oil since two weeks, I see lot of positive changes. Hair fall stopped, got softness, easily manageable, got rid of oily scalp, itchiness and dullness.Really awesome product by Khadi Natural..
