Very good salmiak. Salty, sweet, great texture
This is some authentic salmiak with a soft, chewy texture. My favorite part about this licorice is that the salmiak doesn’t overpower the licorice flavor. Also love that it’s gluten-free. Considering this stuff is imported, the price is pretty fair. Will buy again if in stock.

Tasty licorice that is well made and does not go stale like a lot of American candy.

I love licorice and this is probably my favorite --
Someone, somewhere, once said, "Licorice is like the Grateful Dead: if you love them, you really love them and if you don't you really don't". Well I love black licorice, almost all kinds, sweet and salty. But this -- this -- is the best I have ever had. Long ago a friend sent me some, and then I looked all over for it and couldn't find it. But now--here it is. The flavor is very strong, very perfused by the salty ammonium ingredients. For this, perhaps much more than for many other kinds of licorice, the Grateful Dead comparison is apt: you will love it or hate it. I am so happy to have found this on Amazon and as soon as I push the button on this review I am going to order more.
