Came with zero instructions or manual of any kind, not even a web link. That's an issue but people using this should know how to find the openlrs wiki. The bigger problem, is that the usb to serial interface on the unit was entirely non-functional. When plugged in, a red light would come on, but no matter how many times I installed the drivers for the serial interface, the serial interface would never show up. Tried Windows 7, XP, 10, and also OSX - none of them recognized the device.
