Very compact and easy to use. The food dispenser has a convenient way to top up without taking the container away, just open the lit and top it up. The water dispenser doesn't have this option so I need to take it apart and fill it up with fresh water but it's still easy enough to do while wiping or washing the water bowl at the same time.The best part about this product is that there are no moving parts, no batteries or electricity needed hence easier to maintain and safer to use. Our cat got used to it in less than a day and now she's able to feed right when she feels hungry rather than waiting for us to wake up and meow us to an empty bowl. This lead to improved eating habits and better digestion as she's not rushing to eat everything we put in the bowl in record time :)The added benefit is that we get an additional 5 min every morning from not dealing with food/water bowls which really could make a difference.Overall very positive experience, would recommend the product to anyone who has a cat; don't have a dog yet so cannot cover this angle.

These feeders are GREAT. They look really cool (like a little water cooler for the cats), and are super if you want to go away for a few days. Our cats don't gorge themselves, so we don't have to worry about putting down too much food, as they will only eat what they need, so this is literally the perfect solution. Fill the food container up every 2-3 weeks, and voila. The water, if you leave it down until it empties (which will take a very long time with cats!), does get a bit mucky from their a) paws b) faces c) anything else that happens to be floating in the air, but I prefer it to our water fountain which we got for them, as the transformer plug for that gets very hot, which I am not happy having plugged in if we go on holiday.These feeders are the perfect low-tech solution for us - we don't need a fancy camera or microphone to speak to the cats when we are not there, and there is not much to go wrong with them.... Absolutely brilliant!

Good quantity of water and biscuits held in container. Works well for water and auto dispensing using gravity, but for biscuits not so great. They don’t dispense with gravity when bowl empty as stated, they need some encouragement and be pulled through into the bowel. I use small science plan biscuits so it’s not the size. That said it is still very convenient and easier to use as a feeder on a daily basis rather than having to keep filling up their bowel, I just wish my cats would learn how to pull the biscuits through themselves with their paws I am sure some cats would but mine are not the brightest. Quite sturdy items. Over all good value for money but would not rely on it as a food dispenser if you are going away for a few days unless you have bright cats who will paw the biscuits down into the bowl. Very Good for water though and would last a long time.

We love the water dispenser, great product to keep the dogs drinking throughout the day! The food dispenser that came with it didn’t work for us, as our dogs are greedy and don’t know their limits. This would be more ideal for a dog that’s controlled with their own eating or more for a cat. Would be better for us, if the product came as two parts, one for water and one for food.Impressed with the finish and design, easy to clean, compact and is very durable. Would recommend.

Overall, the feeder has been a good addition to our home to supplement our cat's diet with a constant access to dry food. Our cats have taken to the feeder well and love using it. It has saved us time constantly refilling their old bowls with food and water.Design - It has a simple, clean design which should feel at home within any home.Ease of Use - The feeder came pre-assembled from the box, it took 2 minutes to fill up with water and food and we were up and running. Very easy to setup within the house.Construction/Materials - It's a very sturdy design which doesn't rock or wobble, made with solid plastic and with rubber feet. The water dispenser has maintained a constant supply of water for our cats without leaking, which has been stellar.

This was great, one of the best purchases I've made. Only reason there's not 5 stars is because the biscuits don't come out very easily when bowl is empty and I have to shake them out of the container to refill the bowl for my cats.

I thought this a fantastic idea and the water one is great (maybe better for dogs....my cat would rather drink from a puddle outside)The dry cat food doesn’t gravity flow....so when the bowl empties, that’s it even though the hopper is full. I don’t know if it’s dependent on the type of dry food or the kibble size but it doesn’t flow. Disappointing.

Comes with one feeder for food, and one dispenser for water.Got these for my neighbors cat, he has the food feeder ( he's got 4 cats) and he's very happy with it, the cats use it with ease. We kept the water one for our house as we love animals and they are welcome in, and they stroll in and know where it is now and enjoy a drink, it doesn't over fill the bowl, it's very clever how it doesn't over spill. Very happy with these. I couldn't recommend them more!!
