Gift for my son his whole room is rbg and this was gonna match great but it doesn’t change colors and the remote doesn’t work

My kids just opened this Christmas morning. Product cracked, scratched and looks like dark burned areas in a few spots. Hopefully can get my money back.Update: Supposedly I should receiving a replacement from the company. Also wanted to add I did not receive a remote with it like the description says.Update. Did receive replacement. This time came with remote. Customer service was very good.

I bought this for my son and hoped it would work as described. It definitely works exactly as described. It’s been in his room since Christmas, and he uses it every day. The colors are vibrant and we love the remote control for changing colors and turning it on and off. I would definitely recommend this cool wall hanging for anyone into gaming!

Super easy set up. The power cord was perfect length. 8yr old son loves it. Lots of colors... Remote did not have battery. But i had older remotes that had the same battery so we used those.

The first of these I ordered the usb plug was bad. The second one works much better! I was given a refund, very helpful customer service.

It’s cool, lots of lighting options but not really worth $45 my son likes it though and it looks good on the wall in his room

smaller than expected, but lights up in lots of different colors. many more then on the remote. i thought the mirror effect was a little weird in the beginning but the kids liked it. very cool.

It looks great. Comes with a remote so you can change the colors, speed the colors change, brightness. Fast turn around time and great product overall!!
