Adjustable Motorcycle License Plate Mount Holder Bracket- Universal Fold License Plate Tail Light Holder

The hinge screw can work loose over time and that's all that's holding the 2 pieces together. Other than that, this item is made with fairly rigid metal and the finish is pretty durable.

This thing is made of thin, soft aluminum, and the hinge is wonky due to the screw outside diameter being way too small for the hinge inside diameter. It is not an adjustable license plate bracket- it is a hinged plate holder for people who want to hide their license plate by swinging it up….and a very poorly made bracket at that. Absolute crap, and no way I’m putting it on my bike. It is so soft that it showed up bent in the paper envelope that it was shipped in. Item will be returned.

Fit perfectly under rear fender on dirt bike using existing mount for tail tidy.

Had to mount it backwards AKA the side that’s supposed to hold the plate i had to put to the bike, meaning I had to drill two new holes on my plate to get it to work for now as this is a temp fix. Not the most sturdy but sturdiness isn’t half bad. As to the performance I will have to come back and update.

For the price it does its job, but the tightening screw is hard to reach (requires a 3/16 hex key) and if you want to tighten it firmly, you'll end up stripping the bolt, or if you don't do that first, you'll damage the threads.The mounting holes are just wide enough for a standard motorcycle plate and the product is actually small, so I was able to tuck it nicely under my tail. Regardless of the bad bolt fastener, I use a retractable zip tie to hold the plate at the angle that I wanted, and I use a two bungee cords to hold my plate firmly in place. I didn't feel like drilling to tuck it further under the tail so I use my CB500F open truck space to filter the bungee cords through.This definitely requires some creative DIY knowledge.I would give it four stars but, the top and bottom pieces are crooked and not aligned perfect the hinge so I had to push one of my screws down to line it up.3.5/5

A screw from one side had rusted out quickly and broke off, now it’s not longer stiff and flaps around freely.

I just installed this on my 22 mt07 today. No screws (except for the 2 that hold the 2 pieces together) and no instructions as this is something that should be idiotproof. You can put it at any angle, tighten the screw down and go.

Hinge broke while I was riding, plate flew off, never to be recovered. Was easy to install though.

Bolts a bit weak but, come on only $7!

Material is way to weak and besides that, no matter how how tight you try to adjust it, the plate will not hold up.

Same as other 1 star reviews. The screws work loose. Maybe try Loctite.
