These tablets and the other supplements included in the 'Iodine Loading Protocol' have completely cleared up my under and over active Thyroid (used to get both) episodes. I'm still taking them nearly a year later and won't stop...never want to go back to tiredness, anxiety, constipation, hair loss, dry skin and inability to concentrate, that I suffered (obviously I was never Hypothyroid, according to NHS blood tests....yes, that's why I feel fine now, and awful before... because nothing was wrong with me !!)

This is perfect for the "Iodine Protocol". These are fairly large tablets (like a typical 1000mg Vit C tablet) and have a scored mark to break in half easily.Preferred having this when this was the dosage needed daily - counting smaller pills (12.5mg are available as well) each day was annoying when you was trying to see if you needed a restock soon. Also helps that I only swallow one pill with one sip rather than four pills with four sips.I am surprised but it has worked. It has taken a long time to start seeing the benefits of this come through (4+ months) but it does work.Use some Selenium and make sure there is some good sea salt with minerals in your pantry too. These both helped the protocol immensely.
