WHAT ARRIVED IS NOTHING LIKE THE DESCRIPTION OR PICTURE.
Compete junk! What arrived was nothing like the picture. Not as many pieces, bits were bent, hamd piece says “nail polisher” on it. I am so disappointed to not have the gifts I thought I would be giving on Christmas morning.

This very horrible.. it doesn’t work.. well it comes on but I’ve tried to engrave all types of things & still nothing..

Works ok but just came with all the pieces in a plastic bag

It's cheap crap, with lies.
Wasn't what I was expecting. Had a very important part for me missing from package. I got a replacement for the original and it didn't have the left out part's either. I'm so mad 😠 right now, I'm trying to calm down and decide what to do with it. I still have not sent the first one back yet.

Only works some of the time
I don’t know if there is a loose wire inside or what but it only turns on every so often after I wiggle the cord around. Super annoying!

This is made of very cheap plastic, easy to squeeze (breakable)
