**Q: Will the dell xps 13 2in1 (45w charger) charge the dell powerbank pw7018lc whch is 65w**
A: This is 65Wh not 65W, which means it can provide 65W for one hour.
Either charger will work. A 65W charger should (in theory) charge it in one hour, a 45W charger will just take longer.

**Q: Do you have to charge the power bank using main electricity or can you charge it via usb or 12v**
A: Charges via the USB-Socket - e.g. using the laptop top mains charger.

**Q: will it charge HP envy laptop?**
A: I’m not 100% sure, but if the HP has a USB-C port for charging and the power cable used to charge the HP is in the region of 65w it should work / charge

A: Yes

This is the device I've been looking for since the day I bought my ThinkPad x270 with USB-C charging. If there's a USB-C battery pack on Amazon, I've purchased it or tried it. This is the only one I've had that literally works with every device I've plugged into it (Pixel, S8, ThinkPad, Acer Chromebook, Dell XPS) There are a few little things that makes this pack stand out from the rest + Built in USB-C Cable means I don't have to play Macgyver when charging my laptop on the plane. + Ability to charge FROM the USB-C charger I already carry for my laptop / phone / etc + Traditional USB port for the poor suckers who own iphones and can't charge with USB-C like the rest of the modern world. The light at the end of the cable make it easy to find in the dark, the built-in battery gauge means I'm never guessing where the battery is at. 65Wh means I basically have a second laptop battery in my case, and this thing is made WELL! If it ends up as durable as it is impressive out of the box I'll be buying many more of these! I was hesitant to order this because of some of the bad reviews and my previous not so great experiences with these packs for charging LAPTOPS (everything does phones/tablets well enough) let me assure you this WILL live up to your exectations!
