It is just like the jif local shop. Not ketchup silly name of it. And it's lemon juice

Useful addition to the cupboard
First of all it’s nothing like tomato ketchup! Much runnier in texture. Lovely added to mayo, to serve with cold salmon or whatever, but also a dash or two perks up quite a lot of dishes..gives a certain something, that brightens up things without being dominant.

Finished 1st bottle, can't live without it.
I bought my first bottle of this in Dungeness and now, as I'm about to finish it have realised that I genuinely would hate to be without a bottle in the fridge. It is tangy, intensely lemony and bright in flavour and goes brilliantly with all fish and chicken dishes, it just adds a lovely fresh zing to the simplest of dishes.
