Just completed my second indoor grow...great light!!!Did my first with 1 light and 3 plants. I was very impressed with my yield 👍Did my 2nd with 2 lights and 4 plants. My plants look amazing!! The spectrum is great! Well worth the money! I would definitely buy a bigger unit of this brand in the future 👍👍

I've only had this for two weeks but so far so good. I've owned two other KIND lights (which cost $800 each) with a similar design for 5 years and they work splendidly. The customer service is outstanding. If the results with this light are even close, this is by far the best deal on the market.

I like that the lights do not appear to have much heat, but is well efficient. I like the different light spectrum. I use the lights for growing plants.

Save your money!!! I have had $50 dollar Amazon lights last longer than this thing. I had 4 diodes go out around 6 months of usage. They have offered to repair their use of inferior products if I pay to send it to them. Why would I pay to fix your mistake. They conveniently don't pay for shipping after 3 months. Jeff the manager says that is industry standard. I say do better Jeff! Don't even think about asking customer service more than one question in an email. They conveniently skip over the ones they don't want to answer then try to pretty up their answers and act like they give 2 spits. It's a cheap light with heat sink fans. They have record profits and use inferior components. Keep shopping, do your homework.

The lights aren’t bad but they can ruin your crop with light-burn and there’s no way to adjust the output, no dimmer. You’ll need a TALL area or else your tomatoes are dead, herbs are having a hard time too, especially chives and dill. Also no daisy chaining. Kind led phased these out and I hope they address these issues. Good luck.

This technology is out dated. This is old blurple tech. Kind has since stopped producing these hence the price keeps dropping. This old tech is causing my plants to stretch alot. I use it side by side with another actual 210w light and you can see the difference because this light is not what's advertised. This unit is 170 watt. I know what the seller will say. Well your model is the updated model where we use less watts for light longevity. So really it's false advertising. The heat is a little more than I wanted but it seems to be ok at 18in above canopy. I would suggest buying kinds new x series models. There is a reason these old k series are dropping in price every day. The store is trying to unload them. The last part of my review I'm going to talk about the price. I purchased this light for 199.99 and 3 days later it dropped to 175. I asked the buyer if I could just get the $25 credit to my account so I don't need to return the device and just buy it all over again. They say because I bought it in Amazon and not directly through them that they won't help me. They are leaving me no choice but to just return the light. If this is the course they make me take I probably will not be buying the second light.
