Worst fan! Not only will it not hook up to Alexa, it randomly shuts off. I have not been able to turn this fan or light on for over 2 weeks. The remote no longer works, the switch no longer works, and I was NEVER able to sync to Alexa. I have lots of other devices I was able to sync to Alexa, just not these fans. TOTAL garbage. I am so angry about this purchase.

I had a handyman put the fan up and he said it wasn't bad to install. It's so quiet. The remote works, the app on phone works, and it works with Alexa to turn on and off. We shopped around for a while and decided to go with this one and I am very happy with it. We've only had it a couple of weeks so I haven't messed with it much but right off I didn't see a way to make Alexa turn the fan speed up or down-- it would only turn the fan/light totally on or off- but there could be a way to do it. Either way there are other ways to power the fan.Update 4/17/19:The light if flickering on/off and I don't know if it's the fan or the wiring but we are unable to use it at this time.Update 5/8/19:Customer service contacted right away and sent a controller box to replace it with. It seems like something an electrician would have to do but we finally tried it and now instead of flickering there is no power at all. We are going to get a volt meter to see if is getting power first. We may have to call an electrician for a 2nd time to install.Update 5/29/19- Electrician came and fixed in 5 min. The issue was how it was installed not the fan. It's working fine.

I love this fan. I love the led light. I however had an issue with the fan controller not wanting to connect to WiFi, as well as the remote causing issues if buttons were pressed to long. As if already fallen for the fan, I replaced the controller with an sonoff ifan-02 and have not had a problem since.

Don’t buy this fan or any other model from Lcaoful..You will regret it. We bought this for our bedroom in our house which is under construction. We bought in the end of April, it was installed by the electricians in late June. The fan has never worked, not one single rotation. It flickered a couple times and fan motor made a little noise, but didn’t move. Tried several times and methods of pairing the remote to no avail. Electrician tried, builder tried etc. we took it down and shipped it back, but it was “past the return date” of this company, and I was issued a refund of $53 less then what I paid for to “restocking fee”! You can’t restock a defective unit!! So it was going to cost me over $50 to have this fan installed, and never turn, and then removed...how nice of this company to know their product won’t make it a month or two. Luckily Amazon is a great company, and after a couple calls to customer service, I was issued the remainder of the purchase price. We bought a different brand fan.

Excellent quiet fan. Has three speed fan. LED light is bright and not dimmabl. Connected to the app and Echo plus easily. Workmanship good. Beautiful style. Feels well made. It can only be wired to a single pole light switch. Must use remote or Echo plus for all functions. Would buy again.

Very disappointed!! We bought 3 of these because we liked the look so much. We installed them in July and they worked fine for 2 months and then 1 of them just quit working, another worked when it wanted to, sometimes the light and sometimes the fan would work. Very frustrating. They were installed by a professional electrician and we called him back to check the wiring and the actual fan. He said it was installed correctly they were just broke. One of them stoped working after 2 months, another one quit working after 3 months and the third still works, every time I turned it on I am hoping it works since it is in a living room. I can’t return it since it has been months now. Very disappointing that 2 out of 3 were broke in no time!! I hope the company makes it right!

Beautiful modern fan... works well with remote ... worked as a smart fan for two hours ...stopped working....never worked again as a smart fan ...

I absolutely love this fan!! It was super easy to install. It doesn't make a sound and it was Alexa friendly!!
