Very lightweight and cheap plastic. About half of The pegs that the caplets fit over Broke within the first couple days of use. The kids had fun with them but I want to buy them a diecast metal cap gun eventually. Many parents think that the caps are bad when it's actually the guns that have broken cap pegs. There were a lot of fun but they won't last long.

We only used these for a show and they did what’s they needed to do. I can see how they may not last a long time but they seemed durable enough to get a couple days/weeks out of them.
