Great baking mat. I've done oven chips, home-made chips, sausage rolls, chicken and home-made cookies. Easy to wipe and clean, which is the main reason I bought it. Just leave to dry or just wipe with a damp cloth. I can put the tray away and concentrate on the other dishes. Its probably one of those items where you wonder why you didn't get one before. The picture is of a tray which is smaller, but I have two larger trays and they fit them just right. It has certainly made me venture into the kitchen more than usual.

Have now used this mat several times and wonder how I ever managed before. It is great for baking I have used for my bread rolls and some biscuits in both cases items just lifted off and therefore no messy tins to wash. I also use it for kneading my bread dough.....fabourlous...you will need to use a bit of flour but not nearly as much as when using a conventional surface. Easy to store as well another big bonus for me as I live in a small flat which subsequently has a small kitchen and storage is a problem. Am seriously thinking of investing in another just in case I have 2 projects on the go at once. Would recommend.

I have only used my mat a few times since buying as it very quickly became stained with general grime etc from cooking. I have tried soaking the mat both in baking soda and biological powder for several hours to try and loosen the darkish brown staining. I have also trie very gently rubbing with a brillo pad but it seems to be ingrained. I had also bought a smaller generic mat elsewhere that didn't have this problem. Going by the satisfied customer reviews it is possible this is a faulty item, but it is my own fault that I left it too long to return.

This product does exactly as the seller say's, it's non-stick and when using you can actually spill your cooking on the floor if you don't have your baking tray flat, the mat is that slippery, especially when you have biscuits on it washes easily and can be loose rolled to store in a cupboard or drawer in the kitchen, a, great product, well worth the money as I am sure it will last a very long time

One of my favourite dishes is cheesy-herby crusted barramundi. But, no matter what I'd used to bake the fish, it would stick to the pan/foil like glue and I would end up with a pile of fishy debris from trying to transfer as much fish as possible to the plate. Not any more - the fish just slides off the sheet.The only tiny problem is that the skin doesn't get quite as crispy - but that's a small price to pay.

great mat - just what my baking teacher recommended to use to make macaroons as need to have even temperature on the baking tray when baking these. So my first batch, came out perfect! what would be even more perfect is to have them the same size as baking trays so wouldn't need to have to cut them to size.

This baking mat has been fantastic. I have used it for baking bread, biscuits and scones and nothing has stuck. My only complaint would be that it is slightly too large for my baking trays, but that is a minor issue. I would highly recommend this mat, especially if you do a lot of baking.

Why did I wait so long, I bake bread regularly and have struggled to free bread from baking trays. Not any more, bread lifts off the BrightSpring mat without effort. Mat cleans easily, I store mine flat on the baking tray I use it on. Magic.
