For me, the bristles are a bit too soft and short. They are, however, very dense, which I think helps hold in the soap while back scrubbing in the shower. The handle's curve is a little too conservative to get over the hump of the shoulder blade and scrub the mid back. I got this because of hand surgery and am just using the one functional hand while keeping the other elevated and dry (awkward!). I think once I have two hands, I can get around the gentle curve and more fully get my back scrubbed.

The bristles on this brush is just right, not too hard not to soft and easy to clean. My only concern is when you get soap on the handle, it is easy for the brush to slip out your hands when you are showering.

This brush I use to help me scrub my back as I just had back surgery and I love it better then the last one I purchased different type. The bristles are very close together so it holds the soap and lathers great

I think something closer to perfection can be more affordable, this isn’t rocket science. The bristles are great especially if you can keep them soapy but the grip could be improved. I may try kinzo tape on it to improve the grip. Not spending $40-$50 for a brush with a greater angle and better grip, fortunately I don’t have arthritis or limited mobility.

I like the look and feel in my hand. The bristles.are not gentle, not overly soft but not harsh or scratchy.

I got this brush to use as a back brush. The bristles are soft but stiff enough to get areas clean. The handle length is a bit long for me but I can make it work by changing hold positions and the angle.

It says gentle, so I scrubbed hard -- you can definitely easily scrub way too hard. Like the brush a lot -- very well constructed, but don't scrub yourself like you're a floor. This isn't like a soft-bristled toothbrush.

The handle is nice and long. The bristles are firm but soft on the skin. This brush suds up very nicely 👌

I did not know how much I needed this and would use it until I bought it. Soap it up, scrub those difficult to reach places and it’s perfect. I use this all the time and I will purchase another in the future. Great product for holding a volume of foaming gel. Love it!!

First brush I've used where the bristles are soft enough to feel like they can exfoliate my skin without hurting me. Length of handle is also just nice.
