Disappointed, maybe just duff one
Box not sealed. I like battery things to be sealed so not risk of return resold.Was quite perfumey, normally things smell like musty warehouse, which again had hallmark of returned/used product.The actual battery and charging section which is taped into place had peeled away. With batteries I wouldn’t risk an electrical fire, so in box back to Amazon. Refunded, so no issue, and I would buy again in theory, but just wouldn’t based on what I received, poor build quality, but on paper look exactly what I wanted, NFC pass through battery setup.

Great case very poor battery
Case is well made but battery life is awful. Gave it a full charge before use. I only get about half a charge. My old battery case with same power gave at least a charge & half.

Good but not perfect
This is a great case for the iPhone XS. It gets you through a full day of relatively high use.The lightning plug is sturdy and the charger clips is securely.It charges wirelessly as well as the phone.The only reason I gave this four stars is that the button is very sensitive and I find myself pressing it on 5-6 times a day just by having it on my pocket or putting it down on my desk.If it weren’t for that I’d give it 5 stars.There is however no better option on the market at the moment so am happy with this case.

it worked for 9 months and stopped
stopped working... it shows fully charged indications, my iphone doesn't have any problems (I can still charge it with a cable)

Low battery life UPDATED REVIEW
It’s not a huge case for battery case size it’s really good,you can wireless charge it +battery case that is amazing as well,easy to hold it not that heavy,only thing that I didn’t like it is battery life is too short + updated *Updated review* battery is died in 2 weeks it’s not charging more than 20 minutes this case is just extra weight for me

Don’t bother. Find something else.
Had this for a few weeks, but it’s mostly been off my phone as it seems to have stopped working.It doesn’t seem to charge correctly. It’ll go from empty to full in 20 mins or so, of coarse when you then want to charge the phone it can’t and will only charge it for a little while, maybe adding 20%It’s a pity as it’s a nice case to hold and the wireless charging is a huge bonus.... sadly it the battery just doesn’t work as it should.
