This product is great for traveling and I no longer have to find distilled water for the humidifier. You do not get heated air, but the moisturized air that is returned is warmer than the air outside the mask. I have tried competitive brands and so far, these are good to go. at first, you do not really feel much difference, but you will notice that you do not get dry mouth and you don't need your humidifier. I would recommend you try them out for at least a week before comparing the difference to your standard humidifier. That said, for travel, these are definitely replacing my humidifier unit.

The filters are great but they didn't come with the adapter so I can't use them because they won't attach to my dream machine hose. Please send the adapter! Thank you!

Did not work gave me dry throat, bloody nose didn't give any mosture back to me. Don't waste your money or time with these. Used three of them in 7 days. Wish I could get refund......

I purchased these because of the great reviews, and I had used another brand in the past and was only marginally satisfied with them. The package arrived in time and I was eager to test it out. I disconnected my home humidifier, opened the bag and tried to connect it. Unfortunately, while one end fit well on my hose, the other end was a loose fit on my mask. I use a dreamwear mask and love it, but this unit slid on and off the mask intake. There was no friction to keep the device attached to the mask. Fortunately, amazon refunded my money, and though disappointed, did not lose money on the purchase. Thank you to amazon. Maybe the seller needs to include a small adapter to make a secure connection to a dreamwear mask.

I was able to travel with my 1 lb S-9 unit saving weight and space. I did need to use an older hose (non-heated) but had one from my old CPAP machine. I slept as good if not better with this as I did with the humidifier. I heartily recommend this exchanger.

Works well when traveling with your CPAP. You don't have to lug around your humidifier tank. The air quality is not a great as when hooked up to the full humidifier, but I have no complaints. My throat does not feel 'dry' in the morning.

arrived promptly and as described

This did not come with the 'soft conversion piece' that the description mentions. I need that to work with my mask. Unfortunately, by the time I used up my previous humidifiers and discovered the new ones were missing them, it was too late to return them.Update: 2/12/2020 I purchased this again 5 months later and didn't get the conversion adapters again. The seller said 'this was a production run issue' and 'This issue will be rectified in the future.' but they would send me one adapter. (They never did)
