Purchased in July, in Oct. the unit wouldn't start, electronic tech by trade, I first trouble shot the outlet, later found the base of the kettle wouldn't make contact without rotating the kettle until contacts were made. This got worse and now it won't work at all, Oct. 11, 2019. It appears that most of the electric kettles have this design. I don't recommend this product for anyone that wants something that will last more than a couple of months. I will reach out to the company where it was purchased to see if they back their products.Sincerely Displeased!

I like my kettle.. its much nicer looking on the counter than the plastic one I had before.. there are a lot of glass kettles to choose from and i am still happy with my choice but now after having it for awhile.. its not working properly.. I use is about once a weekIt stops heating up about half way through.. I have to spin the pot for it to start heating up again to a boil.

The only thing I don't like is the heating element doesn't go completely around. Otherwise the kettle is nice and fast enough for me

Love the lights. The kids love it too. It's a good item. The glass does get hot. So don't just grab it

We use is a couple of times a day. It last less than three weeks. The flaw is in the design of the connection between the kettle and the base. The contacts get loose fast and it stops working.

A lovely kettle just the right size for me to handle with ease without fear of me dropping it.

Love this tea kettle. I especially love the blue light that goes on when the water is heating up.

Easy to use. Blue LED lights add for a nice aesthetic. Auto shut off is a great help.
