A very smooth textured, somewhat mild mustard. Disappointed that it's not very hot, but that's a relative term. If you generally think a pepper such as a jalapeno is really hot (the hottest you would ever eat), your probably going to think this mustard is hot.However, it is an excellent tasting mustard that is very smooth.
