Excellent product, but missing 2nd insert
I love this stand! It fits my 11.6" Dell 2-in-1 with the hard shell case on. The finish isn't glossy, more matte/natural, but I don't mind. The rubber insert has one flexible hook on each end to hook the charging cord on. My only issue is that it did NOT include an additional rubber insert to change the opening size. Luckily the one it included fit my needs.EDIT 8/22: I've dropped my rating from 4 stars to 2 stars for the customer service experience. I have now received THREE emails (one every month) from the seller thanking me for my feedback and asking that I "now leave a positive review". Not only is this regarding an item that is no longer offered, but I think my original rating 4 out of 5 stars was very fair for a product that was not as advertised. I cannot recommend a seller that harasses buyers over one star on their review. Order/review with caution.
