I purchased this item strictly for t’s Power Point ability. I anticipated using the USB input via .jpg file format. Turned out not to be practical as the icons for all the individual .jpg slides cover the entire screen. The selected slide then appears in the middle of the screen where it only covers a portion of the screen, with another screen to the right which shows the technical data for that slide. While it may be possible to display just the desired slide only, without all the peripheral junk, I was unable to figure out how.I subsequently went with Laptop input which works fine. Font size smaller then (24) beyond 10-15-feet was not easily readable. Focus range is very limited.The manual is obviously written by someone (or something) who has a very poor understanding of the English language. It’s definitely limited in scope and clarity.Within the limitations described herein, whereas I only use it once a year for about two-hours, for the price, it’s acceptable.

Without a doubt, this Pferdeki Projector 4500LM is the best bargain I've found anywhere, at least on paper. The "biggest bang for the buck," it arrived in advance of its scheduled delivery date and immediately lived up to its advertised claims with sharp bright images - even in a well-lighted room - good sound, and an abundance of remote control features and connecting cords. I'll be using it for presentations in various regions and though it is a bit bulky and klutzy in appearance - and I'll need to customize a suitable carrying case - the quality of the presentation and hoped-for reliability will far offset these very minor points. Though the "no hassle" guarantee is very generous, this is still a relatively new product, yet to be proven in the field, so as in all such situations, I'd suggest purchasing the very reasonably priced addedwarranties. Enclosed are some additional pictures with the projector perfectly packed in an Apache 4800 case. Note the heavy duty handles. A lot of gear comes with the Pferdeki, which is larger than most in it's class, and you'll need a little more space than you might think. The case is available on Amazon and at Harbor Freight. A few months ago I purchased a much more expensive business projector because we needed one for church functions and after using it for a few months we needed one more because we wanted to do 2 presentations At one time but in different rooms. To save some money I read lots of reviews and I decided to go with this project because of the high 4500 lumen which is good to use it in well lit rooms, I have been using this PFERDEKI For a few months now 3 to 4 times a week and it has been great, easy to use and set up and most importantly the picture quality is really good also the sound quality is good. I believe that this projector would also be good for home theaters and I would recommend buying this projector over some of the more expensive ones.

I bought this projector for a business presentation. Couldn't take a picture of that here, but the projector connected to my computer via hdmi very smoothly with no problems. Audio came out very smooth as well. I'm glad to have purchased this projector for the business presentation because my previous projector was fairly louder than this one. This one also had a better resolution so the numbers on my powerpoint came out a lot better. Fair price for the quality, comes with a remote and all the chords you will need. You may need to buy a tripod or something separately though, I haven't figured out how to properly prop the projector up.. so far just using the built-in stand in the front of the projector.

I use this product for church presentations in small groups. It works fine for my needs, showing pictures and u-tube videos. It is easy to set up and operate.

I tried every setting possible, as well as various laptop connections. My work place had another projector, with the same so called settings as this one. I tried several times to get acceptable images on the screen compared to the other unit. No luck. This PFERDEKI projector will not transmit colors properly. It is past the Amazon return time as I thought it was me and my settings. I was wrong. There is something not right with this unit. My loss.--- I wish I could return this item to Amazon, but this issue was discovered outside of the 30 day Monday. Ouch.

I bought this projector for using in office. All my colleagues feel that it is worth the price compared to our old one. Our conference room has another projector, the price is similar but the resolution is poor than this one. I might consider buying two more this one, when we need to replace the old projector.

The projector has poor visual resolution and the room has to be virtually dark in order to show the brightness of the projection. It is not a good purchase. I should have gone with an Epson or Benq! I have only used it 3 times since purchase due to the embarrassing quality. If I was not so busy I should have returned it immediately and got a refund.
