They sent a replacement. Worked great! No residue and easily cleaned my windshield. First one was faulty!! Thanks for sending replacement. Very happy with it.Maybe I used it wrong? Kept flipping over. I had so many streaks and spots on my windshield. Cleaned them twice more to get rid of the red residue left on my windshield.Maybe I did something wrong. Do not like this product.

you'll need better quality pads with this handle - the ones in the box are garbage - otherwise an easy and smart product for cleaning windows

I have back problems that make reaching my inside windshield nearly impossible. I am thrilled with my purchase. It reaches the whole interior windshield without causing my back to hurt. Highly recommend

Got this today and was happy using it. I went right out and washed my interior windshield. Made the job much easier. Just be careful when you go to wash the red covers, fortunately I just washed them by hand but they bled red dye pretty heavily. Do Not wash these with your other clothes or towels.

I love this thing. It makes it so easy to clean the inside of the windshield. The rags it comes with don’t leave anything behind. I’ve washed the rags in the washer several times and they’re still great. You never realize how dirty the inside glass gets until you clean it. I’d buy this again for sure.

I thought this would be a miracle, but it's actually way harder because there's no real leverage, so you can't apply enough pressure to be thorough. The cloths are cut in squares which don't easily fit on the triangle shaped pad. The fibers are too short to really absorb excess cleaner. I tried this 3 times and went right back to paper towels. They work SO much better.
