The ice sheets were OK they don't offer cold compression much to the skin after used with strap so put sheet directly on skin n strap above it .

Good quality Belt but ice pack quality ok ok
Quality of the Belt is very Good but I do not liked the hydrated ice pack quality ,it is difficult to make them hydrated and cooling is not proper as gap remains between ice pack
