These drinks are always my go to when I’m not feeling well and i always recommend them. I wish they did have more flavors to choose from though. They really do work and make me feel better almost the next day. They taste good and a great price for how much you’re getting out of it. I can drink it cold or room temp.

It's hot and it's grass cutting time. I'm trying different things for the after cutting drink. The powder things get old after awhile. They have more sugar of which I'm not a fan of. So far these have been pretty decent. 22yrs in the Army infantry in deserts, jungles and mountains, I'm not falling out form dehydration at this point for nothing.

This was a great alternative to the more expensive name brands. We were all sick with the flu so being able to order something on the cheaper side that’s still effective and in mine and my children’s opinion has a better flavor than most of the bigger brands was great. It shipped fast, was packaged well, and there was no fuss with my kids reminding them to hydrate.

Very cost effective and tastes much better than the unflavored

Worked great, I was feeling better the next day. I got the grape flavor though and I think next time I will purchase another flavor. This one reminded me of a grape flavored cough syrup my mom use to give me as a kid and I hated the taste of that stuff. Besides the flavor, I don't really have anything negative to say. It did what I needed and helped hydrate me. It did have a bit of salty after taste but I think all these drinks kinda have that. So all in all, I would recommend.
