1ST (and 2nd) IMPRESSION
I installed this on my outside back porch deck. This is over 12x6 redwood planks that had 3 coats of spar-urethane on them. I probably violated every single rule on the directions; I.E., I applied it in 40 degree temperatures {not the recommended 50 degrees} and I did not round the corners {couldn't see the reason for that/didn't think rounding would make much difference = if the strips come up they probably would do that if the ends were rounded}. I did, however, clean the boards with simple water {not the recommended isopropyl alcohol} then dried them. It is impossible to get the adhesive backing off with gloves on and you absolutely, 100%, need a roller to get a proper adhesion. It was not an easy install, more toward a medium level effort. I'm giving this product a 5-star rating as it went on well, has a good appearance, and satisfactorily provides a much superior non-slip risk than the bare boards do. I may change that rating after a couple snow shovelings, freezing temperatures, and after we've walked over it in wet conditions, but that'll take a while. Stay tuned.01/03/2021; OK, so we've had a few snow storms now and these strips still function, feel, and appear like the day they were put on, despite being shoveled upon and being covered in thawing snow/standing water for days. I can even feel some grip to them with a light snow covering on them. There has been no peeling or bubbling at all. Darn good product!

Anti-slip for Toy Hauler ramp and Boat Trailer
I used this anti-slip traction tape on the ramp on my Toy Hauler. The manufacturer material used was very slick especially when wet. I slipped on it several time and fell. It was almost impossible to load my Rhino into my toy hauler went the ramp was wet as there was no grip for the tires. although I haven't used it while the ramp was wet, I have been loading my toy hauler today after installing three 12"X6' strips ( two for the tire paths and one in the middle) of the ramp. I have yet to fall and the grip tape is working great so far. I'll let you know when it gets wet how that works. I'll see how the durability works out and report. I also used 4" strips on areas of my bass boat trailer a month ago and it is working great, even when wet. Very easy and quick to install

Good so far
Worked very good for my installation of ten steps. Made them 3 ft long and had exactly enough for all 10 treads. Seem to stick well so far, as long as you put it on the right substrate should be fine. Make sure your surface is clean is key. ~Update~ I must have bragged too soon. Almost every single strip is bubbling. I'm sure it's just a matter of time. Let it be clear that I am a Professional home remodeler with over 24 years of Hands On experience, so I can guarantee you that there's not an installation fault. So there's no need to get into that. There's only one more thing that I think could even possibly be the problem. The distance or space between your stringers (the wide board that is cut ziz zag and your steps set on) is very important. 16 inch centers or sometimes even lower is the only way I build anything but I did not build this deck steps that this tape is installed on. So just trying to help someone in case they were wondering. Since these are over 30 inches apart that could be my problem. But regardless it should have at least stuck around the ends. I will try to show in pic.

Good Tread
This LifeGrip Anti-Slip Traction Tape seems to be doing very well in my application. I decided to cover my ramp entirely with the tread since my wife uses a power chair weighing 450 pounds and wanted traction every which way. It has been a month now and seem to be holding up very well. The roller, included with this product, made applying it much easier. It has excellent adhesion. It took 27’ of the 30’ to cover a 24” X 24” area. I painted the underlying wood a flat black so the gaps would not show. It is a product that has satisfied me and I can whole-heartedly recommend it.

Just what I needed
I purchased this for a wooden dog ramp that I built for my senior poocho. Before putting it on, I sanded and stained the ramp. It seems very durable and doesn't show any signs of coming off any time soon. The ramp has enough of an incline that my pooch would slide down it before, which scared him, but now his footing is completely stable going up and down. This product has met my expectations 100%, if not exceeding them, because the adhesive is good and the product is thick/durable.

Good stuff
I got the 4 inch wide roll to add some traction to my "smooth surface" motorcycle lift table. This is some really sticky stuff, be sure you have it where you want it, cause I think taking it back off could be a problem. For my application, it was very easy to install, just a smooth flat surface. I only gave it 3 stars for durability because it hasn't seen mush use yet, but other reviews gave it hi marks, which is more than I can say for some of the other offerings, so only time will tell.I liked it well enough that I ordered a roll of the 1 inch for another little project I have in mind.

THIS PRODUCT IS FALSELY ADVERTISED as including a tape roller
I bought this product and received JUST a roll of tape. There was NO ROLLER as advertised. I returned the package with explicit instructions and the explanation of what the issue was. I elected to have a replacement shipped and when it arrived GUESS WHAT WAS NOT IN THE PACKAGE? Yes, again, I receive a roll of tape WITHOUT THE TAPE ROLLER ADVERTISED.What a serious waste of my time, money, and gas returning TWO identical ‘SERVICE FAILURES”.Usually Amazon does well. This purchase and the 2 returns equal NOT THIS TIME, total fail.
