NO flavor and no grit, amazing mixed with anything. I started taking this to keep up my protein needs after gastric surgery. I mix 3 scoops with 1 cup of milk, sweetener and either Carnation Breakfast drink powder or 4 frozen strawberries and blend in a blender until smooth. It also can be stirred into any liquid. Tastes great! Now my daughter uses it to keep up her protein needs from Lupus, my mother uses it to supplement the natural decline in protein as your diet changes with age and another relative uses it while going through chemo. Best protein powder I have tried.

useless,total waste effort,time,money! it did not help to get protein level go higher,forget about albumin and pre-albuminlevel! i was buying this product by cases for months for my mom! And then i stop it. i found some herbs with high level of protein in it and after 3 weeks her blood test shows total protein absolutely normal,albumin normal,and finally her pre-albumin level came fine! so,no more BENE-PROTEIN!!!

If you have to have protein and hate the taste of protein shakes like I do, this is the best of very few alternatives. The 6 pack value is good for me to have about a 5-6 week supply of protein powder.

This is the only protein powder that I buy. It is non-flavored and I mix it with my flavored teas everyday.

This is a good product. When the drugstore that had supplied this would no longer accept the insurance assignment cost we went looking for another supplier. This is working well -- fast service and very convenient.

We have tried a number of products and keep coming back to this one. It's flavorless so it does not change what you are mixing it in. It has no sweetener. The containers are a convenient size for scooping when you get to the bottom of the can
