Perfect! (but required different wall mounting bolts)
This pull-up/dip bar is perfect! I needed something that wouldn’t take up much space, but could still be securely attached to basement wall studs, and still allow for a variety of exercises. This contraption comes with 4 hooks, which makes for quick/easy transition between the hooks to allow for 1) pull-ups/chin-ups, and 2) dips/leg lifts. It can also be easily lifted off the hooks and stored elsewhere (say, if the in-laws crash at our place for a few days and don’t want a pull-up bar hanging on the wall). The only issue I had is installation of the hooks. The bar itself was easy to assemble, but I had counted on the hooks being able to be installed directly into wall studs, using the included hardware. Unfortunately, the hardware only included masonry bolts (see photo), so were unsuitable for attaching the hooks to wood studs. Since only masonry bolts were included, I worried that perhaps the description on Amazon was incorrect when it said this could be attached to any wall. So, I felt it best to make the hook/wall connection sturdier by first visiting Home Depot, then bolting lengths of 2x6 lumber to the wall (through the drywall, into the studs, with 3.5” long, 1/4” diameter lag screws), then attaching the hooks to two of the 2x6 lengths (using 3/8” diameter lag screws) (see photos). This setup feels plenty sturdy, as each 2x6 segment has 6 lag screws attaching it to 3 different studs. Now that it’s all set up, I’m very pleased with it. I’ve used it for the past few weeks with no problems.

Great Product!
Having this product has increased the strength training I do daily! It was easy to assemble (my 11yo and 13yo put it together and I went back and tightened things up). From prior reviews and product description, I knew that I need to place boards on my wall to prevent dry wall damage from the device - however, I ran into issues with the hooks. I did not take into account that the bars which would hang from the hooks were not FLUSH with the frame - I had to add on a 1/4in thick piece of wood as a spacer under the bar to get the correct alignment for the hooks. I painted the wood with chalkboard paint and my kids and I keep track of our max reps - adds some fun to the workout!

Flawed but passible
I have some concerns...If you mount the brackets directly to the wall, they will not extend far enough to cup the bar correctly. I had to add shims behind the brackets to get the right offset. You want them somewhere between .5" and .75" off the wall the frame will rest against.I was only interested in the leg raise position and I've found the vertical hand grips are too close to the back rest. That said being able to rest on my elbows and put my back in tension has done wonders for my back pain, so I don't consider it a bad buy.

The hooks don’t fit
The hooks provided do not reach the metal bar. I had to bend them extra 60 degrees and I also had to tilt the hook from not being flat on the wall because they couldn’t reach. Great idea but poor manufacturing

Works as described, solidly engineered
You need to buy 1/4" lag bolts and washers for the brackets if you're using on anything other than masonry, which is kind of odd. The paint chips off in some areas where the brackets contact the metal (e.g. where you can't help but hit the bar on the bolt head when flipping. I put some rubber pads on the brackets to keep it snug and prevent excess chipping. The paint also chipped in a couple of stress points. All-in all, a good value.

It is heavy duty enough to handle my wight 165lb
Jut minor issue in the installation the hook was flushed with the wall and the holding bar would not slid in to the hook, just small trick fixed it(need to bent and offset the hook) i will leave some photo to help others
