Tried for first time. The agmatine and bcaa blend is great. I'll use a double scoop with a fit aid and a scoop a few hours later. Makes ten hour shifts a breeze. At gym the pumps are insane. Definitely buying the 60 serving version next.

This stuff is pretty good to sip on during a workout, its good but just be sure to use a little bit more water than usual so the taste is not so overpowering. Great ingredients and i noticed i was able to workout longer and feel less sore.Price is a little high but comparing it to other intr workout supps its ok.

I liked to use this on the off months I'm not using a strong pre work out. I personally noted less muscle pain, and slightly improved recovery time. When I used it in place of a pre work out I did not a bit better endurance on cardio. My preferred cardio work out is running. In general its a product I would use again.

Yes indeed I really like the stuff I have tried many other pre-workout before this is the most natural one I have got my hands on does not give me the jitters, just good clean natural energy,And after I’m done working out I forgot I even took it and falling to sleep is absolutely not a problem love this stuff!
