This tutu is so cute. The material is a bit stiff, so I wouldn't want a very young baby to wear it long, but I bought it for some 1st birthday pictures for my daughter and I'm so excited. It arrived well before the latest date it said it would arrive, which was good because her birthday was in the middle of the dates listed. Anyway, the tutu itself is great. My daughter is petite and small, and it fits her very well, and will fit for some time to come as well, so definitely a one size fits all babies/toddler thing going for it. The waistband is a pretty and soft satin fabric, and the gold polka dots seem pretty stable, though I'm not sure I would risk washing it in a machine. The dots are gold, but because the tulle folds over on itself, some of the dots look silver--which isn't a big deal to me, but might be for someone else.Well worth the .99 cents I paid (plus a small shipping fee) and I would recommend it. As a side note, it did have a HORRIBLE fishy smell right when I opened it, but I just left it out for a couple days and the smell went away. Again, it was .99 cents, so I'm not complaining--but I am glad it doesn't stink anymore!
